Google will ban ads about cryptocurrencies

In a blog post , Google announced that it would ban all ads related to cryptocurrencies.  To be able to publish ads, entities will be required to be certified by Google. This process will be available from march in a limited number of countries, and companies will have to follow the following criterias : Be licensed by the relevant financial services authority in the country or countries they are targeting Ensure their ads and landing pages comply with all AdWords policies Comply with relevant legal requirements, including those related to complex speculative financial products
